We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your email address and profile details. We also collect the content you submit for analysis through the App.

2. Use of Google AI and Third-Party API Platforms

To provide you with high-quality insights, Habit2Post utilizes Google AI capabilities. Content submitted for analysis is processed via Google AI models. We also utilize unofficial third-party APIs (such as RapidAPI for TikTok data) to fetch public metrics necessary for analysis. We do not use your personal content to train public AI models.

3. How We Store Your Data

Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us. All user data, account information, and generated content are securely stored using Supabase, a robust and secure database infrastructure.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We believe in a privacy-first approach. We do not use any third-party analytics tools or trackers to monitor your behavior within the App.

5. Your Rights & Data Control

You have full control over your data:

• Data Access & Rights: You can view all data associated with your account at any time. Depending on your location (such as if you reside in the EEA), you may have rights under the GDPR regarding data portability and restriction.
• Account Deletion: You have the right to completely delete your account and all associated data directly from the application's settings.
• Data Retention: Upon account deletion, your data is retained for a maximum of 7 days before being completely and permanently deleted from our servers.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Data is only shared with our infrastructure partners (Google AI, Supabase, and our API providers) strictly for the purpose of operating the application and providing the core features of the service.

7. Third-Party Platforms and TikTok Disclaimer

Habit2Post is an independent tool and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Any references to TikTok or other social media platforms are for descriptive purposes only.

When you choose to analyze or connect content related to TikTok or other social platforms, you are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with the respective platform's privacy policies, terms of service, and community guidelines. Any user-generated or platform-generated content (including videos, captions, comments, metrics, and account information) remains under the control of you and/or the relevant platform, not Habit2Post.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
